Plain advice. No jargon.

When people come to us, they are usually navigating something difficult — the end of a marriage, the loss of a parent, a dispute about a child's future. They don't need legalese. They need someone to listen, explain things clearly, and stand beside them through the process.

That is the only kind of law we know how to practise. We work with a small number of clients at any one time so that you can reach the partner handling your file when you need to. We answer calls. We return emails. And we tell you what we think — not what you want to hear.

Before we begin work you will have a written outline of what is involved, a clear fee — fixed wherever the work allows — and the partner who will be handling your matter.

Partner-Led Work

Your file is handled directly by Sinéad, Mark or Aoife. Not passed to a trainee, not lost in a junior team. We send regular updates so you always know where things stand.

Resolution & Follow-Through

Whether it's a signed agreement, a grant of probate or a completed sale, we stay with you until the work is finished — and we are happy to remain available afterwards.

Fees Policy

No surprises.

We use fixed fees wherever the nature of the work allows. When fixed fees aren't appropriate, we agree clear hourly rates and a written estimate before starting.

Simple Will

from €250

Single or mirror wills drafted, reviewed with you, and securely stored. Fixed fee, includes the meeting and follow-up amendments.

Residential Conveyancing

from €1,500

Buying or selling a home. Fixed professional fee plus the standard outlays (searches, registration). Quote provided in writing before you instruct.

Enduring Power of Attorney

from €450

Drafted, executed and registered with the Decision Support Service where appropriate. Includes a meeting with you and any attorney(s).

Family law matters and contested probate vary significantly in scope. We will always give you a written estimate up front, flag any change in scope as it arises, and never bill you for a call or email asking where things stand.
