Three partners. Sixty years of combined experience. Honest advice during life's most difficult moments — divorce, custody, probate and beyond.
Book a Free 15-Minute ChatWhen people come to us, they are usually navigating something difficult — the end of a marriage, the loss of a parent, a dispute about a child's future. They don't need legalese. They need someone to listen, explain things clearly, and stand beside them through the process.
That is the only kind of law we know how to practise. We work with a small number of clients at any one time so that you can reach the partner handling your file when you need to. We answer calls. We return emails. And we tell you what we think — not what you want to hear.
If you're not sure whether your situation needs a solicitor at all, that's fine too. Our initial 15-minute conversation is free and there is no obligation to instruct us afterwards.
Five practice areas. One consistent standard of care.
Judicial separation, divorce, and separation agreements — handled with discretion and a focus on minimising conflict, especially where children are involved.
Practical advice on guardianship, custody and access arrangements. Our goal is workable agreements that put children first and keep families out of court where possible.
Drafting wills, administering estates, and supporting families through probate. We make the legal process as straightforward as possible at an already painful time.
Buying, selling or remortgaging a home in Dublin. Fixed fees, regular updates, and a partner-led service from instruction through to keys in hand.
Enduring powers of attorney, Fair Deal applications, capacity and care decisions. Sensitive support for older clients and the families helping them plan ahead.
Four steps from your first call to a resolved matter.
A no-obligation conversation, by phone or in person, so we can understand your situation and tell you honestly whether — and how — we can help.
Before we begin work you will have a written outline of what is involved, a clear fee — fixed wherever the work allows — and the partner who will be handling your matter.
Your file is handled directly by Sinéad, Mark or Aoife. Not passed to a trainee, not lost in a junior team. We send regular updates so you always know where things stand.
Whether it's a signed agreement, a grant of probate or a completed sale, we stay with you until the work is finished — and we are happy to remain available afterwards.
You will know the person handling your case — and they will know you.
A specialist in divorce, separation and child law for over twenty-two years. Sinéad is known for a calm, methodical approach and a determination to keep clients — and their children — out of unnecessary conflict.
Twenty-four years' experience in wills, estate administration and residential property. Mark takes pride in making complex paperwork feel manageable — and in being someone families return to across generations.
Over twenty years advising older clients and their families on enduring powers of attorney, Fair Deal, and capacity matters. Aoife is patient, plain-spoken and trusted by clients across south Dublin.
We use fixed fees wherever the nature of the work allows. When fixed fees aren't appropriate, we agree clear hourly rates and a written estimate before starting.
Single or mirror wills drafted, reviewed with you, and securely stored. Fixed fee, includes the meeting and follow-up amendments.
Buying or selling a home. Fixed professional fee plus the standard outlays (searches, registration). Quote provided in writing before you instruct.
Drafted, executed and registered with the Decision Support Service where appropriate. Includes a meeting with you and any attorney(s).
Family law matters and contested probate vary significantly in scope. We will always give you a written estimate up front, flag any change in scope as it arises, and never bill you for a call or email asking where things stand.
Tell us a little about your situation. We'll come back to you within one working day to arrange a free 15-minute conversation.
